Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the plan fee plus the per-ticket transaction fee. Payment processing fees from Stripe or other gateways are separate and standard.
When do I get paid?
Professional and Enterprise plans receive immediate payouts after each sale. Starter plan payouts are processed within 2-3 business days.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No lock-in contracts.
Do you support refunds?
Yes. All plans include instant ticket refunds. Refund policies are configurable per event.
What payment methods are supported?
